No. Many of our clients prefer not to be home. Whatever is easiest for you works for us. You can stay home, step out, or give us access instructions through the booking form. Your comfort always comes first.

Yes! We specialize in Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers, including laundry, restocking, and staging.
We provide standard recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers and commercial office cleaning. Add-ons like fridge, oven, or window cleaning are also available. You can also view what is included in each of our cleans under the service tab.
A deep clean includes everything from a standard clean plus detailed work like hand-washing baseboards, dusting vents and ceiling fans, and tackling buildup. You can take a look what is included in our Deep Clean service here.

Booking & Scheduling
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time, especially for recurring services or busy periods. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.
Yes. You can request changes to your booking, such as date, time, or service details, by contacting us directly. You can also change your booking details via your dashboard. Just login to your account and head to your dashboard. Please note that changes are subject to availability.
No, you don’t. Many clients provide entry instructions so we can clean while they’re out. We’ll secure your property when finished.
Booking with us is simple! You can schedule your cleaning directly through our online booking form to select your service type, preferred date, and home details.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please give us at least 48 hour's notice. This gives us enough time to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for availability.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 cancellation fee to cover your cleaner’s reserved time.
If you’re feeling unwell, we can waive the fee to protect the health and safety of our team. This is reviewed case by case at the discretion of the cleaner and office staff.

Payments & Policies
Payment is securely processed using the card on file. Your card is charged automatically after the cleaning is completed, unless otherwise noted. This allows for a smooth, contactless experience with no need to handle payment on the day of service. You can add your card on file by accessing your dashboard via your account. If you would prefer to pay using a different form of payment please contact our office.
We understand that plans can change. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. This gives us enough time to adjust schedules and support our cleaning team. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in or terms of service.
Our goal is always to deliver a great experience. If something was missed or did not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of your service. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right. Refunds are not guaranteed, but client satisfaction is always our priority.
Tips are never required or expected, but they are always appreciated. If you feel your cleaner did an exceptional job and wish to leave a tip, you are welcome to do so.
