Will it be the same cleaner every visit?Yes. Nevertheless, please understand that cleaners have personal lives and can get sick or request a leave of absence. In such a case, we will ask either to reschedule, or to send a different cleaner.

What if I need to cancel my clean?Please call or text 250-661-0059 or email fresh.flawlesscleans@gmail.com and we will get you rescheduled. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled clean, you will be charged with 50% of your regular cleaning.

Do I need to be home for my scheduled clean?There is no need to be home! If you are new to Fresh & Flawless, introductions always help establish a personal relationship with your cleaner, but aren't necessary. If you are absent during your clean, please contact us to discuss home entry.

Is tipping normal? If so, how much?Tipping is greatly appreciated and 100% of it will go to your assigned cleaner. There is no suggested percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated.
